Another Soulmate AU
This is something I wrote which is inspired by a prompt I saw. It fired up my imagination so I spent the day writing this. It is no way perfect and is barely finished, maybe on day I'll add more depth and character but for now this is what I have. Enjoy! On everybody’s 18 th birthday time freezes everyone except them and their soulmate for 24 hours. It’s your birthday and you and your bf/gf had already planned what you’ll be doing in those 24 hours. Both of you truly believe you are soulmates. When the time comes, time freezes like it’s supposed to, except you find that your s/o is still frozen. One of your OTHER party guests is not. Nobody ever knows the time of the freezing, it adds to the mystery of it all - and it means my mum can still organise a party. “That way you get to celebrate for two whole days!” My mum loves parties, and she tries to rub it off on me.
